New Age Services Inc. is always accepting applications from individuals interested in working in our
Day Program and Outreach Programs.
Day Program hours are 9:00 am until 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Outreach Hours are variable times and days in the week.
NAS Inc. immediately requires Community Disability Practitioners and Relief Community Disability Workers to
provide meaningful support to individuals with a wide range of developmental, and some physical and anatomical
disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Community Disabilities or Human Services Certificate or Diploma
- Class 5 Drivers License and Industry Standard Insurance
- Behavioral Management Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Able to work independently
- Must be a team player who is flexible and out going
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the research, development and implementation of programs to
meet the needs and goals of the clients you support
- Develop trusting relationship with clients and promote family, friends, and significant other relationships
- Ensure that the individual’s health, safety and well being are maintained at all times
- Participate in Team Development and Enhancement
- Participate in Agency Program Development and Enhancement
- Submit required monthly paperwork and verbal and/or written reports of any accidents, incidents or illness
to the Day Program Team Leader
- Complete and maintain up-to-date mandatory training as outlined in New Age Services Policy & Procedure Manual,
in order to fulfill position requirements
- Act in accordance with New Age Services Policies & Procedures and strive to meet the CET Standards at all times
- Maintain confidentiality

Residential Caregiver and providing support to someone with a developmental disability in their
home.
Requirements:
- Class 5 driver’s license & appropriate insurance
- Certified Rehabilitation Diploma and/or related experience working with people with disabilities
in a residential setting
- Behavioral management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
